Patriotism

- when a flag is too tattered to represent the united states, it should be properly retired
- the flag should always be permitted to fall freely
- be loyal to your country and always speak positively of her
- show the utmost respect to our military who provide our freedom
- sing patriotic songs with sincerity
- do not make parodies to patriotic songs
Perseverance
- don’t give up because something is difficult
- complete assignments and projects
- be willing to practice
- use clean language at all times
- make eye contact with the leader
- sit up, be attentive, and remain quiet during songs or speeches
- bow your head and stand or sit quietly during prayers and pledge
- refrain from writing on tables, books, walls, etc.
- do not break pencils, rulers, or supplies
- help keep the campus tidy at all times
- cooperate with leaders
- stop playing right away when the whistle blows
Responsibility
- be someone others can depend on
- do what you say you are going to do
Reverence
- exhibit respectful behavior during programs and assemblies

- behave in the same way with all people at all times
